The United States closes a deal with the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which will see that American companies control more critical metal assets for greater support for the besieged Kinshasa government.

Masad Paulus, the advisor appointed by President Donald Trump, said he saw the outlines of the deal and agreed to a “forward” with President Kongo Felix Chesikde.

The agreement will enhance the “American private sector investment in D. CongoHe added in a video statement released by the government of Dr connection, especially in the mining sector.

Joseph Zalvik, a pressure groups in Washington and is advising to the government of Dr. Congo, according to the agreement of the agreement, will secure the American International Development Finance Foundation for some American investments in the nation in Central Africa.

The companies that will be drawn within the framework of the new framework are not exclusive American, but American companies will start investing in Lithium Dr. Kongo, and the agreement will go somewhat towards facing Chinese hegemony over the resources of copper and abundant cobalt in the country.

Bill Gates, backed by Bill Gates, and with the support of artificial intelligence, is among those who look forward to the huge but Those who are legally disputed Deposit Li -Monono. People familiar with the talks said that other companies that consider participation are Orion partners in the United States, Canadian American mining investor Robert Friedland, and Australian British mine Rio Tinto and Mining in the United Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Kongo, who has a vast supply of copper, cobalt, colin, tin and uranium, called for the first time from the United States in February with a proposal that provides mining rights in exchange for support to the government, according to public documents.

The proposal comes at a time when Washington is paid for The expanded mineral deal in Ukraine. But it is still unclear in the case of Dr. Kongo, what will seem to be the participation of the United States in enhancing security.

The security scene in DR CONGO is very different from Ukraine, as well as the direct conflict with the Rwandan -backed M23 rebels, there are more than 140 active armed groups in the eastern Congo.

However, Congolese officials hope to use the deal to support TSHISECEDI support as it is struggling to contain the M23 uprising. The rebels seized areas of minerals rich in land and the eastern Dr. Kongo, Juma and Bocavo.

Before Kinshasa left on Friday to hold talks during the weekend with Kenyan President William Roto and Lewi Musevena Uganda Paul Kajami, Paulus said: “We are looking for a permanent peace that confirms regional integrity and the sovereignty of Dr. Congo and put the foundation of the regional economy.”

Salvik, who was speaking from Kinshasa, said that the United States had already helped in the intermediate agreement that led to the withdrawal of rebels backed by Rwandan from an area near the shanty mine in the eastern Congo in the eastern Congo. Alfamine is owned by the majority by Dunham Capital, based in the United States.

The mine and the surrounding area contributed approximately 10 percent of the production of the global tin last year, and its capture led to the high prices of tin and the low price of Alphamin. In exchange for withdrawal, the government of Dr. Congo agreed to stop the drone attacks on the rebels in the region. Alfamin refused to comment.

Rwanda denies the reports of the United Nations and the Western government that it supports and armaments the M23 rebels in part to exploit the abundance of minerals in Dr Congo.

But Zalvik said that Washington was not under any illusions about the involvement of Rwandi. The Dr Convention Minerals deal and Paulus’s participation – whose son Michael is married to Trump Tiffany’s daughter – in negotiations will send a strong signal to regional governments about the seriousness of the United States, Congolese sovereignty.

“If you are lying, you are talking to the big man … in the law. The President of the United States will finally hear what is going on. It is an opportunity to organize some chaos,” Zalvik said.

He added that there was already a great deal of informal trade, including the smuggling of minerals, which are taking place on the eastern border of Dr. Congo, with armed groups exploiting instability for profit.

“The United States says why we do not build roads instead of buying weapons and developing a regional plan for how everyone is doing commercial work,” Zalvik said.

Others in Washington said that this could include the establishment of an industrial zone in the Congo that would export treated minerals through its neighbors.

Some Washington -based African experts said, but compared to the metal deal that the United States pushes with Ukraine, Dr. Kongo is still one superficial.

Paulus’s meetings with Museveni in Uganda and Kagami in Rwanda in the coming days are major obstacles, due to their military strength on the borders of Dr. Kongo and their participation with the agents, the support of the implicit leaders is crucial to any exercise deal.
