Summer Shape Up 2024 Winners

Our team is continually impressed by our LSF community. All the women in this community did their best and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this 6 week challenge so strong and your transformations, inside and out, were amazing!

Kim’s story:

“When I started Summer Shape Up, I wasn’t in a good place because I had stopped working out and wasn’t eating healthy. I’ve done a lot of LSF challenges in the past but I stopped working out for a while and didn’t feel at my best mentally or emotionally. “Physically.”

“When I saw that Summer Shape was starting, I decided that I would start fresh and create a new healthy routine by exercising and eating healthy. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to make a new routine but once I started after the first week it became easier Thanks Transfer the application, Hot body meal planAnd the amazing LSF community for helping keep me motivated. I now exercise every morning and it has changed my mental health a lot. “I suffer from anxiety and exercise helps me a lot.”

“I’ve come a long way and I’m making healthy choices every day. I’m making progress every week and that’s all that matters to me. I lost 7 pounds on this challenge but I also had a not-so-big win because my clothes that were previously tight now barely fit me. I’m a medium to small size, and my biggest victory is that I feel better not only physically but mentally TIMSLV Because I know they are the ones who help me keep going during and after challenges.”

Morgan story:

I still find it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle when my home routine is interrupted. This year has really been an eye opener for me. I weighed myself in June after our travels and I have never been so overweight. “I was generally tired and sluggish.”

“The past six weeks have helped me realize that I can do much more than I thought I was capable of. I’m sorry that the challenge is over but I still plan to log in and do the app workouts moving forward. Support from LSF Team And the community is unlike anything you’ve gotten from a gym, exercise class, or online platform. So proud of all the girls in the challenge. These girls inspire me every day to show up for myself. I love that we’re like a little family online.”

Jesse story:

“This was my first time doing any type of sweat-loving fitness exercise/challenge. I joined Transfer the application A week before the challenge and I was blown away by how challenging and fun the workouts were. I also purchased Hot body nutrition plan and 14 days [shape up] A long time ago, like years ago, and I never followed them. But I decided to go for it this time and was amazed at how easy it was to follow the meal plan. I love how you offer easy carb and fat swaps and how realistic the meal plan is. “I’m still able to prepare meals with my husband at night, but also stick to my goals.”

“I joined Target gang About halfway through the challenge and I feel like this is what pushed me into the community a little more. The girls there are very stimulating. It’s also really refreshing to see you, KatieInteract with us and provide lil’ tales along the way. I like to get motivated and go deeper than just workouts and a meal plan. I think this is what sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I’ve been a part of for years.”

“I feel like for the first time in two years since my son was born, I’ve found a way to make time for myself, get my body back, get my mental clarity back and actually enjoy taking care of myself again. I honestly didn’t know if I was going to lose the postpartum weight and the postpartum weight I gained over the three years.” Which I didn’t really take care of myself, but when I started working out, and I followed the nutrition plan, the weight started coming off effortlessly. The nutrition plan for me is a game changer – the meals make sense from a nutritional standpoint, but they’re also very satisfying and I don’t feel like it I never feel deprived and I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good about myself, I am pouring that energy into my family as well, feeling like a better wife and feeling motivated in all areas of my life now.”

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member of #teamLSF community Who not only stayed committed to their own fitness journey, but were also extremely encouraging to their fellow #teamlsf! In each challenge, we ask members to introduce people who motivated them and were a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

Evie’s story:

“Not only am I battling anxiety from exhaustion and long distance, but also being a single mom physically right now. Without help from LSF Team“Maybe I stopped working.”

“Although I didn’t lose a lot of weight in this challenge, I gained strength, muscle, and the ability to eat well and work out through tough challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat right without restricting the foods I like to eat.” Without giving up my love for sweets, I learned that patience is the key and not to compare myself to anyone who I think might look better than me or to my old body.

“This challenge has taught me that it’s okay to tweak things when the going gets tough, but I must always remember ‘why’ I’m doing it so I don’t give up and fall out of the rut. I wouldn’t say I lost my love handles like I wanted to, but I gained muscle in my buttocks and tightened My arms…which is another one of my goals that I’ve been achieving for over two years.

“I used LSF Forming for 14 days and HBMP While I was doing this challenge. I even brought my meal plans for my vacation up north. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that satisfied my hunger while maintaining my goals at the same time. During this challenge I discovered my love for Wing woman Now I can’t stop drinking it every day. Not only has it helped my immune system, but it’s my favorite morning drink and I can’t go a day without it.”

Spotlight on members

We received so many amazing entries for this challenge that it was almost impossible to highlight the grand prize winner, runner-up, and Pink Heart recipient. We wanted to pay tribute to these amazing members who also have crazy transformations and heartwarming stories!
