Subriel Matias 139.8 Vs. Gabriel Valenzuela 139.8 – Weigh-in Results

Subriel Matias and Gabriel Gollaz Valenzuela weighed his weight on Friday to remove the IBF Light Welterweight title this Saturday, March 1 at COLISEO TOMAS DONes, in Vagardo, Puerto Rico. The event will be shown Live on Dazen.

This is a battle that must win the former IBF champion 140 Matias (21-2, 21 KOS) if he wants to get an opportunity to restore his belt last year in a terrible performance against Liam Barrow on June 15 in Mataei, Puerto Rico. Matthias was unable to use his natural boredom style to reach Barrow because his movement, and pressing it.

Barrow chart

The Valenzuela Certainly (30-3-1, 17 KOS) will follow the Baru chart by moving and losing in Matthias whenever it approaches. He does not have other options, because he is not very pierced enough to defeat Matthias in a fiery battle. Compared, it has strength, but not at the Subriel level.

Official weights

Gabriel Gulls Valencallia 139.8 against. Supril Matthias 139.8
Alfredo Santiago 139.75 opposite Javier Fortona 144

It is difficult to know how much Valenzuela quality is 30 years old, because he has never defeated anyone during his nine -year career in Mexico. He lost to William Zebida earlier in his career, and also beaten Love of Montana. Valenzuela won his last five battles since then, although against the lower -level opposition.

The defeat against love occurred three years ago in 2022. Exposure was beaten by this man that the level of Valzuela is working in. In terms of talent, it is more than a marginal competitor instead of a fighter worth No. 4 with IBF. For this reason it is important for Matthias to win this battle and look good in doing so.

If Matthias wins, he will have to be really good to defeat IBF champion Richardson Hitchens because he will have a great speed feature on him. Hitchins can do whatever Barrow, but clean a lot. Matias will be the slowest bouts against Hitchens if he could corner to land his foot.
