Spring Slim Down 2024 Winners

Our team is continually impressed by our LSF community. All the women in this community did their best and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this 6 week challenge so strong and your transformations, inside and out, were amazing!

Thank you for pushing yourselves and our community to be the best we can be!

It’s time to honor the SSD24 winners! These inspiring women not only have amazing transformation photos, but they also have amazing stories!

Alison’s story:

“I’ve always struggled with my self-esteem. When I took my before pictures, I would cry looking at them. I was at my heaviest (including when I was pregnant). I didn’t recognize my body and I knew it was time to get serious and start working.

I knew I couldn’t make any more excuses, that I needed to change for myself and my future health. So I followed Transfer the application Exercises, complete each one. I joined the SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas accountability group. I remained committed to following 7 Days Slim Down & HBMPand I followed a 40-day sugar fast with my sister.

I started the journey hoping and praying that I could stick with it and not give up. So many encouraging women in the LSF community have helped me keep going! Meal plans have helped eliminate the planning and guesswork. I believe this was the key to my success.

Not only did I become physically stronger, but my self-confidence increased! I’ve been struggling with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness, and hormonal issues since 2020. Since changing my diet and moving my body, I’ve never felt better! My migraines are non-existent, my anxiety is much better, I have tremendous amounts of energy (waking up at 5:30), and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF was the key to getting myself back.”

Natalie story:

“I gained over 35 pounds in my late 30s and I hated every little thing about my body. I found it extremely difficult to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction to change. I was tired. Tired of feeling tired, tired From not going out of the house because I had nothing to wear, I was tired of feeling bad every day, and that’s when I decided to join the Spring Slim Down Challenge.

In just 6 weeks I gained confidence I never knew I had, I gained a new happiness when I wake up early in the morning, I gained an appreciation for my body and what it can do, I gained a new relationship with food and learned how to nourish my body, and I gained a community with so much support, love and encouragement, not to mention… I lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit much better!

For me this is just the beginning! I am committed to being my best yet, and I have Katie and the LSF team/community to thank for that. I am so grateful and proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated and excited for more to come! Good things come to those who sweat!

Jessica story:

“I started this challenge as a reset for the new year to take responsibility and commit to working with the team Transfer the application Every day and follow closely HBMP. I really wanted a support system for this challenge, so I started #teamlsfslay and these women were amazing at motivating me and sharing their support throughout the challenge. I don’t think I could have stayed consistent without them! This challenge made me get into the habit of exercising and eating right constantly.”

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member of #teamLSF community Who not only stayed committed to their own fitness journey, but were also extremely encouraging to their fellow #teamlsf! In each challenge, we ask members to introduce people who motivated them and were a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

Selena – I lost 11 lbs

“I’ve lost 17 pounds since starting Feeling happy challenge 14(11 of which I lost since the beginning of the SSD).

I stuck to the meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I are doing better with ourselves nutritionally.

While this all sounds great, this challenge had less to do with achieving my weight loss goals and more to do with cheering on the LSF girls who have encouraged me in every previous challenge.

My reason is to encourage others when they don’t believe in themselves or aren’t getting encouragement from the people in their life and maybe even achieve their dreams.”

Spotlight on members

We received so many amazing entries for this challenge that it was almost impossible to highlight the grand prize winner, runner-up, and Pink Heart recipient. We wanted to pay tribute to these amazing members who also have crazy transformations and heartwarming stories!

“I decided to make a change, if you will, in terms of regulating my workout hours and sleep cycle. I started coming home for lunch to prepare my healthy food at home and packing workout clothes to take with me to change after work on the road. Going straight to the gym has helped Instead of first getting home to work out early, making me eat dinner early and then end up getting more sleep The last two weeks have been great and I have noticed a difference in my body and body I can see my body has become more sculpted, snatched, and fit. slimmer!”

“I committed to SSD fully and worked on my physical health but more importantly my mental health and this in turn helped my physical health even more. This challenge was my first time using meal plans and I loved it. It was great to have a plan that was quick, simple and effective Laid out in front of me (just like a plan Transfer the application For my workouts) so that I wasn’t always thinking about what to prepare for meals! I even found some new favorite foods (salmon and Greek yogurt) before that HBMP I didn’t realize I loved so much.

There will always be challenges, but I took it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I am so grateful to the #teamlsf girls who encourage and support me. I love what it is about these challenges – we do it together!

The biggest victory I can say for SSD is that I was finally able to get into a rhythm of exercise and protein in the morning. I’ve been trying to make it work for a long time and it actually stopped this time! Yay! I showed up every day and made small changes that added up and I am proud of my hard work and my results.”

“I have faced many challenges that I have faced and I feel like this is the one that has changed me the most. I have implemented the Hot Body Meal Plan this time, and I feel like I have been able to shift my idea of ​​healthy eating and set some actual healthy habits for myself. I have been able to lose 6.5 to 8 lbs now, and since using this app, I’ve lost 23 lbs!
